The football team played out a very exciting draw with Brookside
last week. Having quickly gone 2-0 down, the boys made it 2-1 before half time.
A brilliant second half performance meant that, despite conceding another goal,
they were able to pull it back to 3-3 and were the better team for much of the
game. The team should be proud of their hard work and 'never say die attitude'.
A special mention must go to Bobby H who scored a hat trick, the third goal
being a wonder goal in the form of a scissor kick which was widely applauded by
all who were watching.
